She truly has a way of making you feel stronger then you are or ever thought you could be (I’m obnoxiously weak and lazy)! She is always safety first. I can not say enough great things about her! I’m so excited to continue my growth with her at her new studio!

  4. Had a great aerial yoga session. I have never done it before and Dawn was extremely knowledgeable, was able to talk and guide me through each move. There were times that I was hesitant to complete a move but Dawn provided me with the encouragement I needed to gain the confidence to step out of my comfort zone. If you have ever wanted to try aerial yoga, this is a great, no judgment, place to do it!
